Our Commitment
We want you to be satisfied with your Hardero purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it within 14 calendar days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price.
Return Window
You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your Hardero delivery to initiate a return. This policy applies to all orders placed via The Sable Review, regardless of location.
Conditions for Return
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- Partially used bottles may be returned - we do not require the product to be unopened.
- Proof of purchase (order reference or name and phone number used to place the order) must be provided.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@biocleansing.world with your name, order reference and reason for return within 14 days of receipt.
- We will confirm your return within 2 business days and provide a return address.
- Ship the product to the provided address. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds are returned via the same payment method used for the original order.
Non-Returnable Items
Products that are returned outside the 14-day window, or that have been deliberately damaged, will not be eligible for a refund.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact us immediately at support@biocleansing.world. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
